Laura Livingston - Managing Broker | Partner
Laura Livingston is a full time professional Real Estate Broker with Beacon Property Management and brings 30 years’ experience with her, 15 of which have been in the development and life flow of BPM where she is a Partner and Managing broker.
Laura strives to achieve excellence in her business and has built her reputation with her clients by providing the individual attention that real estate management requires. From the first time you meet Laura, you will feel at ease with her professional and personable working style and confident in her ability to represent your best interest.
She continually upgrades her education and knowledge and is a member of the National Board of REALTORS. Laura serves as an expert witness in difficult court cases involving real estate landlord- tenant disputes throughout Colorado. Being raised by a hard-working father and a perfectionist mother, Laura learned from an early age what it was to have a strong work ethic, high morals, and core values.
She has worked in retail management, land sales and the hospitality industry. Laura spent years working for the Department of Housing and Urban Development as a contract manager in charge of 60000+ single family assets nationwide where she developed her love of property management in addition to re-hab and property sales.
Laura’s biggest satisfaction is to navigate the sometimes-bumpy waters of real estate management, ending up with profitable investors and satisfied tenant’s that can both be assured, at the end of the day that “THEY” matter.
Kerri Ziegler - Associate Broker | Partner | CFO
Kerri Ziegler is an Associate Broker/Partner/CFO at Beacon Property Management. She is an accomplished manager offering 20 years of professional experience with the last 15 years focused on consulting and business management. Her focus is delivering detailed support to all of our clients through impeccable accounting and a strong focus on straight forward, easy to understand reporting for everything financial. Kerri leads our team with cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent customer service. She has provided management services to a variety of different clients ranging from the accidental investor/homeowner to investment companies having multiple rental assets, metro wide. Kerri is known to be a perfectionist, in charge, problem solver, and confident “ear” for someone needing “industry” knowledge or help with a monthly financial.
After holding a position as an Executive Assistant in a government agency, Kerri joined a Dallas base firm that handled thousands of foreclosed properties nationwide until 2005 when she decided to obtain her Colorado Real Estate license and focus all of her efforts into building a family owned and operated business and quickly realized property management was what she loved to do. With her extensive knowledge of how to build and maintain a multi-faceted business consisting of a strong client fiduciary, tenant relations, property repair, vender base development and above all an understanding of the fine balance between daily legal issues and ethics required to be successful. Over the last 15 years Kerri has had a hand in managing thousands of units. She is a professional member of the National Board of REALTORS, National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and continues to stay abreast of education and the changing legislation on the local and federal level.
Kerri is a wonderful mother and friend. She championed her only son during his entire life, right through college days and is most at home in a baseball cap, spending hours in support of her family and love of all animals.
Marlo Tapparo - Associate Broker | Property Manager
Marlo Tapparo is a Colorado native and enjoys the natural beauty Colorado has to offer. After high school she left the southwest part of Colorado to see what the large city had to offer. Marlo settled in Arvada where she met her husband and raised two children. Her desire to have a flexible schedule where she could volunteer at her children’s schools and be at home after school led her to a 12-year career working on several government contracts with HUD (Housing of Urban Development). This helped her gain a vast wealth of knowledge about the Denver Metro area. After that she decided to get her Associate Broker’s license in real estate. Marlo has enjoyed the last 10 years with Beacon Property Management. She loves helping her clients find great tenants to live in their investment properties. Marlo also enjoys working with the tenant and seeing them get excited when they have found that perfect rental to call home. It truly is a win-win for everyone. The other part of her career that she thoroughly enjoys is helping her family and friends, whether it be selling their home where they raised their family or purchasing the perfect house to start the next chapter in their lives.
Jena Aguinaldo - Associate Broker | Property Manager
Joined Beacon Property Management in 2009 as an administrative assistant. Jena brought organizational skills and new ideas with her that she demonstrated and shared each day while learning all aspects of the Property Management Business, from maintenance and vendor relations to Client/Tenant communications.
In 2013; after 6 years of training she obtained her Colorado Real Estate License and assumed her role as Professional Property Manager/Associate Broker. From that time, she has been completely dedicated to her clients and tenants in both management and sales. Jena brings to the table excellent customer service, positive energy, and quality management skills. She has continued to grow, build and become better each day as a devoted Real Estate Agent and Professional Property Manager.
Jena Aguinaldo enjoys time with her family and absolutely loves to watch her teenage son play in competitive baseball! She also enjoys traveling and doing fun activities with friends and family every chance she gets!
Cameron Ziegler - Associate Broker | Property Manager
Cameron is the newest member of the team. After getting his associates degree in college, he returned home to get his Real Estate License in winter of 2018 and quickly jumped into the business completing his first sale that following spring. Cameron has been learning and getting experience in the property management side of the industry since he was a kid. He remembers watching Laura and Kerri take the risk and start the company as well Marlo and Jena working hard to make it what it is today. He has a passion for design that helps him in the ever updating field of rental homes by
making sure your home stays on top of all the most recent design styles and updates to not only maintain value and compete on the market but actually increase the value long term.
Cameron was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. Graduating from Columbine High School in 2015 and then continuing his education at Cuesta College in California where he earned his associates degree while also playing college baseball for the Cougars. Nearing the end of his college career, Cameron made the decision to move back home and fully invest himself in the family business and helping guide people through the process of renting a home.
